Common questions

How do I check or follow up on my order?

Sign in and open your profile to see your order history and status. If you ordered as a guest, message us on WhatsApp or call 0740 209 121 with the name, phone number and date used at checkout and we will look it up.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated by county at checkout, before you pay — for example Nairobi from Ksh. 300 and Mombasa from Ksh. 500. The exact amount for your county is shown in the checkout summary.

How do I pay?

Pay by M-PESA and enter the transaction code at checkout, or choose pay on delivery where it is available for your order. We never ask for your M-PESA PIN, card number or bank password — never share it with anyone, including us.

I paid but my order still shows pending. What now?

Send us the M-PESA transaction code on WhatsApp or by phone and we will confirm it. Payment confirmation moves your order to confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to the address you used.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Message us as early as possible with your order reference. Whether we can change or cancel depends on how far the order has progressed — contact us before it is dispatched and we will do our best.

Something I ordered arrived damaged or wrong.

Contact us within a reasonable time with your order reference, a description and photos of the item. Keep the packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

How do I change my marketing preferences or ask about my data?

Email privacy@sherrysmerchants.com or message us on WhatsApp marked “Data protection request”, or untick the marketing box in your account. Our full rights and timelines are in the Privacy Policy.
